Yahoo! has made a move to provide protection to web searchers. They have introduced SearchScan (Beta) to  “help protect you from viruses, spammy email, and potentially damaging software by identifying websites that may harm your computer.”

It is a great move to combat spammers who use manipulation of natural search results to conduct business.
